Description

Three-page letter from Leonard Spaulding in Hanover to James Farrar Jr. in Andover, Massachusetts, telling him that he just arrived in Hanover and is somewhat disappointed in the place. It is not as handsome as writer expected and the people not as accomodating. They are asking more for boad and there are not too many pious people. Does not like his roomated. Has five or six medical lectures a day.
