Letter from Daniel Webster to an unidentified recipient in which Webster writes, "a bill is understood to have passed Congress respecting Mexican claims [after the Mexican War], but I have not yet seen the Bill itself." Webster also requests that the correspondent give scrip owned by Webster to a Mr. Draper.
