Two-page letter from Eliphalet French Philbrickin Boston, Massachusetts to Harold Goddard Rugg, telling him that he is glad Hovey's manuscript poem is in the library. "It is the key to Hovey's whole life after leaving college." Swift's daughter thinks George Woodbury (!) might have turned it over to her father.
