Description

Two-page letter from Daniel Webster in Boston to Edward Brooks, telling him that a meeting is called of persons interested in French Spoilation claims. The history of these claims is familiar to writer and if a bill should pass, Mr. Fletcher Webster proposes to offer his services to be assisted by writer's advice. Signature by Mr. Webster but letter is not in his hand.
