The collection contains correspondence, memos, protocols, course lists, financial information, agendas, reports, articles, schedules, notes, research data, computer manuals, log books, syllabi, grades, calendars, case studies, student papers, clippings, handbooks, lecture material, questionnaires, subject files, grant files, evaluations, exams, and material related to a variety of committees.

The records document the Community and Family Medicine, Coop Project at the Dartmouth Medical School and include material related to the Blue Ribbon Commission on Public Health, Valley Health Care Collalition, DMS course offerings, DHMC Public Affairs Committee, HPOA Advisory Committee, the Dartmouth-Maine Residency Program, the Budget and Personnel Committee, Curriculum Committee, BTOS Economic Subcommittee, VA Deans Committee, Norris Cotton Cancer Center Scientific Advisory Committee, DHMC Board of Trustees, Society and the Physician Program and the Community and Family Medicine Committe.
