Description
The papers of John Galsworthy contain correspondence, manuscripts, typescripts, proofs and a contract. Correspondents include W.S. Baddeley, J.F. Peake, H.C. Duffin. Many letters are related to productions including the production of "The Pigeon." Manuscripts include "Harvest," "Author and Critic," "Lady in Waiting" and "The Rocks." In addition, the collection includes the contract for the filming rights to "The White Monkey," the Preface to "Villa Rubein and Other Stories," and a bound copy of "West Country and Other Verses."
