The collection contains records of the Mount Washington Cog Railway including minutes of the annual Stockholders' and Directors' Meetings from 1868-1894, a stock Ledger, 1871-1921 and Stock Certificate book covering the first certificate a stock certificate book issued to the Concord RR in November 1870 through the last certificate (No.87) issued to Frederick Smyth, in April 1871.
