Dartmouth College and Hanover Photographs

The collection contains black and white 4"x5" and 5"x7" photographs of mostly Dartmouth College and Hanover, NH related people and events, including Dartmouth football games, the Dartmouth Outing Club Hikes, Skiing, Dartmouth Hall, Rollins Chapel, Commencement of 1920 and the 1910 Hanover Sesquicentennial. The photographer of these is unknown. In addition there are photographs that were taken by Ralph B. Brown and contain information by him related to the mechanics of the photographs, such as shutter speeds and lenses used. All of these photographs are identified. Subjects include football players, student passport photos, lacrosse players and military personnel in uniform. Of note are two photographs that show Ralph B. Brown in action taking a photograph of one of his subjects.
