Two-page letter from Charles H. Bartlett in Concord to Joseph Burbeeen Walker, telling him that the Governor invites the attendance of the Trustees of the Agricultural College at thbe meeting of the Executive Council to consider the sale of the college scrip. (At end of letter there is a note by Walker to President Smith, asking his consideration.
