Description

The papers of Andrew Mack contain letters from friends and family, including condolences on the death of his son Thomas, a Dartmouth student and letters from his brother Robert. Correspondents include Ebenezar Adams, William Clark, Samuel Cortland, Oliver Swaine Taylor and Israel Warburton Putnam. Writings by Mack as well as a journal kept during a course of chemical and anatomical lectures are also included.

Andrew Mack (1786-1875), deacon. Dartmouth College Class of 1808. The collection consists of family correspondence, including letters concerning the illness and death of his son, Thomas, letters from his brother Robert and other acquaintances.
