Description

The papers of Chandler E. Potter contain the manuscript draft of "Mysteries of Manchester" with an outline of a history of Manchester, as well as correspondence with various individuals on historical and genealogical matters, some documents of historical interest and correspondence regarding his son's conduct while a student at Phillips Exeter Academy. Potter's notes on the Parker murder case, and notes on coroner's inquest on murder of John Marshall are also included. Correspondents include Caleb Stark.
