The papers of Charles M. Chase consist of letters to his family, manuscripts of essays and translations, as well as scrapbooks with clippings from "The DeKalb Sentinel, "The Sycamore True Republican & Sentinel" and "The Daily Times." Diaries and sheet music composed by Chase including "The Vermont Polka" are also included.
