The act's title continues, "and the powers and duties of the President thereof and to constitute a board to assist in the expenditure of the funds of said school." After passage by the New Hampshire legislature, it was enacted on June 18, 1807. This document is a copy of the act, probably created circa 1807-1808. The same document also contains a copy of a second act, "An Act in addition to and in expalantion of" the first act. The second act clarified the powers of the president and trustees of Moors Charity School. That second act was passed on December 21, 1808. The copy of the second act was probably created circa 1810-1814.
