Dartmouth Institute records May Be Restricted

The collection contains correspondence, reports, schedules, syllabi, participants lists, reading lists, brochures, proposals, meeting minutes, annual reports, surveys, invoices, budgets, journal entries, email printouts, subject files, statistics, awards, financial documents and flow charts.

The records document the creation and early operations of the Dartmouth Institute, including material related to the Board of Overseers, funding, personnel, faculty and the Advisory Committee. Material related to the work of Gil Tanis, director of continuing education at the Dartmouth Institute is also included.
