Description
Records of the Endowment Administration include financial reports, building plans, investment schedules, Fund sheets and reports, correspondence, lists, tax forms, requests for payment, separately invested endowment profiles and appraisals, life insurance policies, portfolio summaries, endowment income and report books, documents related to endowment funds, college finances, tuition distribution to staff, communications with brokers regarding investments and transactions, as well as communications with insurance companies regarding policies. The collection also includes the files of trustee Joseph E. Cordoza and financial reports on microfiche. Of note is the material related to Second College Grant Reserve Fund which includes 19th and 20th century acts of the New Hampshire Legislature, and a 1925 map of the Grant.
