Description

The collection contains correspondence between George Macy and his Limited Editions Club and book designers, illustrators and printers as well as correspondence with editors and authors. Correspondents include John Austin, T.M. Cleland, W.A. Dwiggins, Frederic W. Goudy, Shane Leslie, Jack Lindsay, John Henry Nash, Arthur Rackham, Will Ransom and Daniel Berkley Updike. Several sketches by illustrators are also included.
