The papers of Donald H. Morrison contain correspondence, essays, reports, brochures, photographs, proposals, notes, articles, pamphlets, clippings, magazines and manuscripts relating to his work in the U.S. Bureau of the Budget during World War II, his work in developing teacher training and teacher education, and research notes and manuscripts of his work on American government "American Democracy in Theory and Practice" and "Memo To A College Trustee." Of note are the transcript of Harold D. Smith's "Memoirs."
