Carleton B. Chapman papers
Description
The papers of Carlton B. Chapman contain correspondence, reports, photographs, clippings, reprints, and photocopies of manuscripts for articles, speeches, editorials and other writings. The material documents Chapman's service with the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Association (UNRRA) in Indochina in 1945, as well as his tenure at the Pauline and Adolph Weinberger Laboratory and the Cardiopulmonary Laboratory at the University of Texas and as dean of the Dartmouth College Medical School. Also includes some personal material, including deeds and a genealogical chart of his family, as well as LP records, a broadside, photographs and correspondence related to President John F. Kennedy's assassination.
