Description

Gould's papers are organized roughly along the lines of the tables of organization for both the Union and confederate forces. Included in the collection are letters to and from survivors, maps, clippings, brochures and a large body of data relating to the Tenth Maine at Gettysburg and to Gould's researches on the history of the Maine Regiments and Antietam.
