Description

The records of the Connecticut River Valley Steam Boat Company consists primarily of business correspondence between Mills Olcott and various representatives of the company. Promissory notes related to the sale of the steamboat, the "Adam Duncan," stock certificates, balance sheet, passenger tickets, newspaper clippings as well as letters from the firm to Olcott in his capacity as a lock owner and operator are also included.
