Description

The papers of Virginia Close consist of research material for her report on Frederick Earnest who worked for Eleazar Wheelock in 1774. They include a typed report on Frederick Earnest, typed and handwritten correspondences between Virginia Close and several historical societies, as well as photocopies of maps, charters, journal entries and correspondence of Eleazar Wheelock, censuses, birth indexes, shipping indexes, and encyclopedia entries.
