Occupy Dartmouth collection
Description
The collection contains protest signs, leaflets, contact lists, a guest book and schedules used at the Occupy Dartmouth encampment located on the northwest corner of Wheelock and Main streets during the fall and winter 2011- 2012. The Dartmouth encampment was one of many nationwide protests sites, known collectively as Occupy Wall Street, which sought to highlight the growing disparity of rich and poor in American society among other issues.
