Description
Lincoln F. Brigham writes to Alfred D. Foster of Worcester, MA recommending his Dartmouth College schoolmate, Maris Bryant Pierce, for a lecture at the Worcester Lyceum. Foster writes that Pierce, a member of the Seneca tribe of upstate New York, had been honing a lecture on the Seneca's customs and culture he had given at Dartmouth.
