Jack McCarthy papers
Description
The papers of Jack McCarthy contain typescripts of more than 1300 poems by McCarthy as well as published booklets of his poetry, correspondence, newsclippings, flyers, brochures, and CD's with audio of McCarthy reading his poetry. The collection also contains VHS tapes of poetry being read by a variety of poets, including Donald Hall and Stephen Dobyns as part of "Stand Up Poetry," a spoken word poetry open mic located in Cambridge, MA.
