Description
The Burton Elliott collection contains six 18th and 19th century vellum and paper legal documents. These documents include leases dated 1701, 1785, and 1833; conveyances, one of which is a draft, dated 1831 and 1839, and a marriage settlement dated 1847. All documents except the draft conveyance have intact royal stamps and red wax seals.
