Description

Bound collection of manuscripts of essays by Frederick William Plapp (1860-1936) written while a student at Dartmouth College. Titles and professors include "The Duke of Marlboro" for Prof. Lord, "American Schools and the Roman Catholic Church" for Prof. Richardson, and "John Calvin" for Pres. Bartlett. Also includes a thesis for final honors in French and German entitled "Joan D'Arc" and an oration entitled "The German Element in the US."
