Tunbridge Wells wine vaults indenture leases
Description
The collection contains 2 indenture leases on vellum. The leases are for the Tunbridge Wells Wine Vaults in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The wine vaults, wine rooms and premises in Tunbridge Wells belonged to Thomas Thomas, a London wine merchant who leased the property to Mr. Edward Neal of Tunbridge Wells in Sussex, another wine merchant. A week later he leases the same property for thirty-six years to Walter Sprott, who had bought the lease from Edward Neal.
