Letters patent creating Don Pedro Messia (Mexia) Ponce de Leon of Jaen a knight of the Order of Calatrava, issued at Vintrosilla. Felipe III ordered it done at Madrid on July 13, 1608 at the Sacred Convent of Calatrava. Docketed by members of the Council of the Order of Calatrava. Inscriptions in corrosive ink.
