The Papers of Benjamin F. Prescott contains personal and business correspondence dating from the period when Prescott served as New Hampshire’s Secretary of State, Governor of New Hampshire, and trustee of Dartmouth college. Also included are twelve certificates, newspaper clippings, checks, legal documents, receipts, invoices, photographs, postcards, and letters and telegrams of condolence, addressed to Mary L. Prescott on the death of her husband.
