William Ham letter
Letter from William Ham in Portsmouth to an unidentified recipient, informing him that prior to the receipt of addressee's letter fo the 15th, Ham addressed President Wheelock. As to the move proposed, Ham cannot fall in with it as it is his duty to call upon those only to whom the arms were loaned in the first instance.
