Letter from Henry Baldwin of Pittsburgh to Robert Brent, recommending Edward J. Roberts, 2nd Lt. in the 5th Regiment of infantry for position of paymaster of that regiment. Robert's family are neighbors and friends in Pittsburgh. Father Roberts is fellow jurist in Pennsylvania.
