Description
Fragment of a letter from Daniel Webster of [Fryburg, Me.] to Thomas Abbot Merrill of Hanover, N.H. Writer accompanied a lady home one night- the sweetest creature he had every seen. The same fragrance of rose-water appeared the next day at tea which the lady had bedewed herself with and which was also and ingredient in the cake.
