Francis Brown letter
Description
Two-page letter from Francis Brown at Dartmouth College to Ward Bradley in Wheelock, Vermont, informing him that by vote of the Trustees of Dartmouth College on August 26, Dr. Wheelock ceased to be President of the College and on the 28th by vote of the same Board, writer was appointed to suceed him. All money collected from the tenants shall be turned over to writer who wishes Bradley to continue to act as agent. Please inform writer if this is agreeable.
