Letter from Elijah Parish to John Wheelock, telling him that he regrets W-s visit was prevented. Advises signed article on the book of Trustees be printed in "The American" or "Patriot." Asks if W- will accept presidency if it is restored to him.A friend offer 12 or 14000 pounds to establish a Theological Seminary (Paris to take charge) or a second choice of college. Thinks new work would give W- new health.
