Three page letter from Daniel Webster of [Salisbury, N.H.] to James Hervey Bingham of Charlestown, N.H. in which he discusses Father who has a suit pending before the Supreme Court of Vermont. Mention of Mr. Marsh of Woodstock, counsel to them, in whose office Webster is thinking of reading law. Speaks of idea of finishing studies in Mass. and going to Boston. Comments on present situation or Buonerpartte [i.e. Bonaparte].
