Proceedings of the Trustees: William Woodward appointed treasurer, Joseph Perry inspector of museum. Governor William Plumer and trustees request presence at meeting of Prof. Ebenezer Adams, Roswell Shurtleff and Francis Brown, all of whom refuse, stating that they do no accept act of Legislature of June 27, 1816 and refuse to act under same.
