Abstract

Starting in the summer of 1978, and lasting for five years, Dartmouth Humanities Institute was aimed at promoting ways in which interdisciplinary humanistic study could improve secondary and elementary school instruction in New Hampshire and Vermont. Institute records include syllabi, student papers, and financial records.
