Jeremiah Mason letter
Description
Three page letter from Jeremiah Mason of Portsmouth [N.H.] to Nicholas Biddle,telling him that an attempt is being made by Isaac Hill to remove the Pension agency from Portsmouth to Concord. Writer is not in favor of such a move. Also disturbed re letters addressed to directors of "Parent Bank" complaining of writer's official conduct.
