Dartmouth College Trustees letter
Description
Three page letter from Dartmouth College Trustees of Hanover, N.H. to Aaron Storrs a copy of the original document giving Storrs sole right to maintain a ferry across the Connecticut River at Hanover, and giving the terms of the agreement. On the same sheet is a quit claim by Aaron Storrs transferring ferry rights to Joseph Lewis, acceptance of the terms by Lewis, and consent to the transfer given by Jonathan Freeman as agent for the Trustees. All are dated February 24, 1794.
