Description
Four page letter from John Wheelock of Dartmouth College to Gov. (Jonathan) Trumbull, telling him that relations reopened with the Scotch Society, and that Mr. John Spottiswoode is to be the agent for the College in this matter. England now friendly to America; the King not to blame for the war so much as the Ministry. The King's heir a different sort of man.
