Three-page letter from Jeremiah Mason in Portsmouth to Charles Marsh in Woodstock, Vermont, telling him of the practice of the Circuit Court in admitting deeds and conveyances. Writer does not think the Defts. intend to plead an abatement or refuse to admit copies but the Plfs. should be prepared. Marsh should attend the trial.
