Long Petition to Congress regarding draft asking that dispute relative to Jurisdiction of N.H. over grants East of Conn. be settled; that taxes be lightened, that allowance due for frontier duty in war be paid as towns were now bankrupted of men and money in defence of the Northern frontiers. Work commended by General Washington and Congress.
