Daniel Webster letter
Description
Three-page letter from Daniel Webster in Boston to Nathaniel Appleton Haven, telling him that the court is now in session and the auditors have made their report in the Greenleaf case. Haven's claim is allowed by the auditors. There might be an objection on the amount after change of securities. Since the report is contested in several other claims, it will be some time before the final order of distribution is made. Offers to make arrangements for collection of his dividend.
