Dartmouth College Trustees proposal respecting the connection of Dartmouth College and Moor's School. Directs that an application be made to the State Legislature designating that the President of Moor's School is also the President of the College and that he has the power to use monies available under the direction of the Trustees and to nominate and appoint his successor.
