Description
Three-page letter from John Nelson in Hanover to Daniel Webster in Boston, telling him that the preceptor can not compare with Webster's. He wishes Webster would find him a situation in Boston. "Republican address to the electors of New Hampshire" probably by S. Griswold has come to writer's notice. Mr. Shurtleff surpasses expectation. N. Ripley has left for Connecticut with her husband Dr. Lyman.
