Four-page letter from Daniel Webster in Boscawen to Ezekiel Webster in Boscawen, telling him that he can not find the money to pay for the books. Mr. Putney has failed. Mr. Dix will resume business soon. Mr. Lovejoy will occupy Mr. Putney's store. N. Webster keeps school in his own district. Postscript acknowledges arrival of the books and sends thanks to Mr. Parker.
