Description
Three-page letter from Hazen Kimball in Savannah, Georgia to Daniel Webster, telling him that Webster's letter of August 10 was received. Mr. Jackman was finally located about the same teim that he was taken with the fever. He died on October 6. Gives details of Jackman's financial condition, which was not good. He left a wife and one child in Charlestown.
