Description
The collection contains correspondence, budgets, scripts, clippings, program schedules, publications, meeting minutes, flyers, brochures, programs, speeches, agendas, personnel files, video tapes, subject files, expenses, reports and newsletters.
The records document the activities of the director's office at the Hopkins Center, including the Board of Overseers, the work of the Hop's 25th Anniversary Committee, personnel issues, building issues, the drama department and its history, the search for the director of promotion and marketing, student ensembles and musical groups, master plan, visiting artist programs, and arts awards.
Subject files of Warner Bently, covering the oversight of non-athletic student organizations, during his tenure as Chair of the Council on Student Organization and as first Director of the Hopkins Center are also included.
The files of directors Lewis Crickard, Peter Smith, and Richard L. Stucker and files related to development, including deceased donor relations files can also be found here.
