Description
The collection contains correspondence, memos, invoices, budgets, building requests, capital requests, building and ground building files, meeting minutes, microfilm, computer printouts, blueprints, subject files, elevation drawings, maps floor plans, surveys plot diagrams, and utility and services layout for Dartmouth College and Hanover buildings an properties.
Log books documenting the daily operations of the electric and heating plant, and utility usage at the College, as well as the files of Jack Skewes and 35 mm microfilm of college building plans are also included.
The records document the costs for operations, equipment, compensation and supplies for the Dept of Buildings and Grounds and include material related to alterations and improvements to buildings and grounds such as the Hopkins Center, Wilson Hall and the Burke Chemistry Building Steam Tunnel.
