Richard J. Lougee papers
Description
The papers of Richard J. Lougee contain photographs, glass lantern and photographic slides and films as well as manuscripts of geology papers, published and unpublished articles, diaries and correspondence documenting his life as a geologist including his new theory of the Ice Age. Biographical material and some of Clara Rom Lougee's (wife) papers, including partial drafts of her book "Late Glacial Chronology," a final presentation if her husband's research is also included.
